Project Updates

• Quality Asphalt Paving (QAP) has been award the construction contract. 
• Work is expected to begin in mid-June. 
• A detailed Traffic Control Plan is being reviewed by the Municipality of Anchorage and will be posted on the web site as soon as available.   Local access (including to your driveway) will be maintained to the greatest extent possible.  Quality Asphalt Paving will provide advance notice of closures whenever possible and the lengths of closures will be minimized.  Detour routes will be clearly marked. 
• Jim Wallen will be the Municipality of Anchorage on-site inspector.  He will be your first point of contact for questions, comments, any special needs such as coordination of fence removal, pet safety, and special access for moving vans,  recreational vehicles, etc.  His contact number is 317-7010.
